I used James and James to sell my property recently. I can’t rate them highly enough for the care and professionalism they showed throughout the whole process. I knew that they would be very invested in making sure everything went to plan as they really care about the business. Jim came to value my flat and do the initial work and it was then presented beautifully for sale. A buyer was found really quickly. The app is handy to keep track of everything but as the sale progressed Nick was my main point of contact. He worked really hard to chase up things when frustrations arose from the other side and made things much less stressful.
