Situated just North of Salvington, High Salvington sits tight to the A27 as you leave the Offington area of Worthing heading West. You can easily head North via the A24 to Horsham, Crawley and onwards to London.
The area is known for its Windmill where the working mill dates back to the eighteenth century. It was extensively restored and started to grind grain again in 1991.
Housing in the locality reaches higher up the South Downs than anywhere else in Worthing, reaching the 120 metre contour. Many large detached houses and bungalows of various styles with big gardens spread almost to the top of Salvington Hill .
