About the Role:

We are seeking a professional with at least two years of experience in lettings and property management.

The role involves:

• Conducting check-ins, mid-term inspections, and check-outs
• Registering tenants and handling tenancy applications
• Accompanying property viewings with prospective tenants
• Managing day-to-day property management tasks, ensuring prompt resolution of issues
• Providing outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants.
  
  Requirements:

• A minimum of two years' experience in lettings/property management
• A full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and professional approach to work
