One week on.

Well, its been one week since we have opened our doors. The response has been fantastic. Residents, friends, family, and other business have been so kind with well wishes and recommendations. We are so overwhelmed by the support.

We have already been instructed to sell 12 properties spanning from Littlehampton to Hove and as far north as Horsham. This coupled with a number of properties in Goring By Sea, Durrington & Worthing has given us a property register spanning both East & West Sussex.

Early next week we will be listing our first rental property in Broadwater. We are partnered with The Lettings Partnership  based in Worthing https://www.thelettingpartnership.co.uk/ to take care of our compliance and making sure both Landlords & Tenants are safe, protected and happy in their new home.

Our property video tours are being very well received. Our social media audience is reaching over 20,000 people! Incredible!

With the latest news from Downing Street confirming that with immediate effect stamp duty has been put on hold for purchases up to £500,000 in England & Northern Ireland we are delighted that the property market with get a much needed boost saving home movers a substantial amount of money.
