Since opening, we have been able to offer a great deal of our resources to the Ferring community. As our company grows from strength to strength it seemed right that the natural progression would be to make a move with a second office into the village and to continue our support.

We have had some significant & notable successes in Ferring during the last three years including selling a host of luxury homes over the £1m price tag and orchestrating the rental of a block of flats in South Ferring. We have been proud supporters of Ferring Primary School, St Oscar Romero Secondary School, and actively involved in The Scarecrow Trail, Ferring Festival and now proudly sponsor the Ferring Under 11’s football team providing the players with a brand new kit for the upcoming season.

Once the refurbishment of the new office in Ferring Street is complete, we hope to open our doors on 1^st September. The new branch is perfectly located in the heart of the village situated between The Orange Tree & Rassasy farm shop and deli. Our illuminated window display will showcase some of the finest homes for sale and rent in the area.

The office will be overseen by company Director Jim (James) Bacon, Dan Killeen our head of lettings along with other members of the team. Opening hours will be Monday to Friday 08:45 to 18:00, and 09:00 – 16:00 on Saturdays. We will be closed on Sundays.
