Role Overview:

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you’ll be instrumental in driving sales and ensuring our clients have a seamless experience throughout the property journey. Your expertise in sales, market insights, and client relations will play a key role in supporting our expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and negotiate sales transactions to a successful close
• Provide professional guidance and advice to clients on the property market
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service standards
• Work closely with the team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Accompany viewings and manage your clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property sales (Senior Negotiator or Consultant level preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• A customer-focused approach with a dedication to providing top-tier service
• Familiarity with the local market in Worthing and surrounding areas
