Three finalists and winners of each category will be revealed at a grand gala dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London, on 29th November 2024. In addition to the Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards, Highly Commended accolades will be given in categories that received a high volume of entries. The event is sponsored by Zoopla. Entries have been received from companies and individuals across the residential property industry and from all corners of the country.
