Highly recommend James & James, namely Nick Smith. I was selling my parents' home and we had a couple of sales fall through with James & James, before hitting the jackpot. From my first conversation with Nick through to my last conversation, Nick's enthusiasm, friendliness and his willingness to go the extra mile remained constant. I know estate agents tend to have a bad reputation (I've certainly experienced some questionable ones in the past!) but honestly, speaking with Nick was always a pleasure, never a chore.
