Couldn't recommend James and James enough. It was our first time selling a house and they made it simple, easy and we got a result that was better than expected. Photos and open house went smoothly and the how they handled the offers to present to us was spot on. In the end it took about a year to go through (no fault on James and James) but they stuck with us, didn't put any pressure on and kept lines of communication open. When we were looking for places to by they were nice enough to offer advise on what to look out for. Would highly recommend and would happily use them again.
