We are buyers of a property being sold by James and James in Goring. It has been a prolonged and difficult process, but not in any way because of James and James. On the contrary, they (and Aaron in particular) have been really great. Aaron has been consistently efficient, patient and kind throughout and his colleagues were equally helpful if ever we couldn't get hold of him. He is very responsive and much more proactive than we might have expected an estate agent to be. He worked tirelessly to get the deal over the line and we owe him. If ever we were to sell (and right now, we have absolutely no plans to do so!), we would certainly make James and James our first choice.
