We have just used James & James to sell our home and had the pleasure of purchasing our new one through them at the same time. Our sale and purchase have been a huge challenge, due to matters out of ours and James & James’ control. However, they have supported us through it and today was the day we finally exchanged! Huge thanks to Aaron, who has been our main contact. Unfortunately for Aaron I latched myself on to him, having had previous correspondence with him. But in his absence Jim and Nick have always been really helpful. Would highly recommend.
