We have been absolutely delighted with the service we’ve received from James and James. From our first meeting with Aaron who showed us around some properties, we were impressed. He was very personable and understood our needs, without putting us under any pressure. Jim was hugely reassuring as we made the decision to put our house on the market and gave us great advice. The process of buying and selling can be very stressful but Nick, who looked after us in the main, was always a steadying voice of reason and calm and was on our side, by our side, holding our hands through the rollercoaster ride that ensued! We couldn’t have got to the finish line without him. I can wholeheartedly recommend James and James. All members of the team (and I must mention Jo and James too) were professional, friendly, and always available for us.
