We purchased a house in ferring via James and James recently. Aaron was the agent who showed us around the house. He was friendly, polite and clearly a very experienced negotiator. Once our offer was accepted Aaron was exceptional at ensuring the sale ‘got over the line’. This for me was where he excelled using his experience and personality liaising with solicitors and conveyancers (I’m not a fan) and other estate agents to get completion.
