I recently moved into rented accommodation through James and James through their Ferring branch. Communication was always thorough and extremely professional. We'd agreed a date and I was aiming for that. It wasn't the initial date I'd wanted but everything was explained to me why. Soon after this my living accommodation became untenable and I emailed James and James explaining my situation and that I had no choice but to move within 4 days. I knew deep down it could never be done. Never have I been in such a worrying experience that I was going to potentially be homeless. James and James saved me. They listened to my worries, didn't judge and their only priority was to help me. I couldn't have ever asked for a better Estate Agent. The entire process that should have taken weeks took them 4 days as it was an emergency. I owe them so much. It was touch and go at one point but nothing was too much trouble. What an incredible service I received, I can never thank them enough. In my hour of need they made sure I was happy and safe. Should I ever need an Estate Agent again for buying or letting, I would only ever use their company. Caring , kind, professional and above all, I was important to them as a human being not just a number. Please always use this estate agent if you possibly can, in my opinion when you are going through one of the most stressful times of your life, James and James care enough as if you are family.
